MERS Goodwill Appoints New Members to the 2016 Board of Directors
MERS Goodwill’s board members are essential in living out the agency’s mission of helping people in our community to break down employment barriers. Two new board members have been announced for the 2016 Board of Directors.
David Pickerill has been involved in municipal finance for 40 years as an underwriter and advisor. Pickerill has run his own firm, Provident Capital LLC, an independent municipal advisory firm. He has held many executive positions for organizations such as the St. Louis Municipal Bond Club, Trailnet, Inc. – a regional land trust that promotes non-motorized transportation – and Missouri Environmental Fund.
Arturo M. Corral has 25 years of experience in 23 countries and 45 U.S. states. – Corral has worked with companies such as Sedona Management and Anheuser-Busch. He has a strong background in diversity and has held positions with organizations such as the Diversity Business Council for the Conference Board, where he co-presented a session and workshop at The FORUM on Workplace Inclusion conference in 2012 and 2013.
Other officers on the Board this year include: Christopher Tabourne, Chairperson; Darryl Jones, 1st Vice Chairperson; Jay Summerville, 2nd Vice Chairperson; Michael Iskiwitch, Treasurer; Barry Ginsburg, Assistant Treasurer; Louis Loebner, Secretary; and James Mosqueda, Assistant Secretary.
