Refund & Return Policy

Return Eligibility

  1. Merchandise may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  2. Returns are accepted only at participating East Division store locations.
    Please visit our website for a current list of participating locations.
  3. The original receipt is required.
  4. Items must have the original price tag attached.
  5. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as purchased.
  6. All sales made at Goodwill Outlet locations are final and are not eligible for refunds.
  7. Goodwill Outlet locations cannot process any returns

Refund Method

  1. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only.
  2. We are unable to process refunds to a different payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  1. Items marked “As Is” are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

Additional Information

  1. Returns that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted.
