Store Policies
To better serve our customers we offer the following return policy:
- A photo ID is required for any return.
- All merchandise may be returned up to 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Must have original receipt.
- Must have original clothing barb or price tag attached.
- Merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was purchased.
- Returns will only be accepted at the store where the original purchase occurred.
- No returns on Sale or As-Is merchandise.
Sales
Our stores frequently offer sales on specific merchandise, except our Outlet Center where goods are sold by the pound. Visit our Discounts / Special Offers page to see today’s special or friend us on Facebook @mersgoodwill for daily sale alerts. Sorry, no price adjustments will be given. Sale merchandise is not returnable.
Goodwill reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet the above criteria.
