Goodwill Stores and Online Bookstore Offer Wide Selection Under $20

Mers Goodwill Summer Reading Program

School will be picking up in less than a month! Goodwill is encouraging people of all ages to shop for their favorite books and participate in its Summer reading program. Goodwill offers thousands of books in its 43 retail stores and even more are available online through Amazon.com.

With this in mind, head over to any Goodwill location and choose from an assortment of books. Goodwill frequently updates the collection from the many donations from the community. Book titles can be found on The New York Times Best Seller List and Oprah’s Book Club. Authors include Nora Roberts, J.K. Rowling and Stephen King. And the best part of Goodwill’s summer reading program is book prices only range from $3 to $20.

Goodwill is hoping to reach as many people as possible with this innovative service. To reach more people outside of their communities, Goodwill created an e-bookstore on Amazon.com that features many of the same titles offered in its store locations.

Goodwill’s online book selection is always growing to offer the most recent and popular reads, whether its children’s books, adult novels, textbooks, how-to directories or cookbooks. Access the online bookstore or visit the Goodwill storefront on Amazon.com. MERS Goodwill also provides other online resources for shopping, which include ebay.com and shopgoodwill.com.

As a result, save many trips to and from the library by shopping for all your books at Goodwill. Each store offers books for all ages, reading levels and interests.

Recycle any unwanted or gently used books to a local Goodwill store or drop-off site and make them available to people in your area at affordable prices. Donations will provide a book for your neighbor and help provide opportunities for people in the community through MERS Goodwill’s job skills and career training programs.
