Services for Extended Employment and Development

What is SEED?

The SEED business provides hands-on learning experiences tailored to each person’s career goals, helping them grow through real work. Designed to meet the employment needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, the program offers both employment and case management services. SEED’s components include Discovery and Exploration, Job Development, and real workplace opportunities that build the foundation for each individual’s work personality. At SEED, participants learn, work, and socialize while gaining the confidence, self-awareness, and skills needed to become successful employees.
