Promotions & Policies

To better serve our customers we offer the following return policy:

  • An ID is required for any return or exchange.
  • All merchandise may be returned up to 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Must have original receipt.
  • Must have original clothing barb or price tag attached.
  • Merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was purchased.
  • Returns will only be accepted at the store where the original purchase occurred.
  • Credits will only be redeemed in the issuing store.
  • No returns on Sale or As-Is merchandise.

Goodwill reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet the above criteria.

Home Pick-Up Policy

We are unable to offer a home pick up service. We do have over 40 donation locations available for drop off. Check the directory for one near you!

Sales

Our stores frequently offer sales on specific merchandise, except our Outlet Center where goods are sold by the pound. Visit our Current Sales page to see today’s special or friend us on Facebook for daily sale alerts. Sorry, no price adjustments will be given. Sale merchandise is not returnable.
