Q: Are your janitorial employees in uniform?
All our cleaning personal will be in a MERS Goodwill shirt, T-shirt, golf shirt or apron. They will also be required to have an employee badge in their possession while on site.
Q: Will we be required to sign a service contract?
We think it is in the best interest of both parties to have an agreement which details our specific contractual arrangement. The initial contract is typically written for one-year, with renewal options.
Q: What type of people do you hire?
We are selective in our hiring process. We require that all our employees take a drug test and we conduct a criminal background screen on each potential applicant. We look for individuals who have a good work ethic and a willingness to go that extra mile to get the job done.
