Staff Accountant 

  • Location: St. Louis City, Aftergut Center
  • Duties: Invoice preparation and processing, including document maintenance and monthly account reconciliation. Respond to financial transaction inquires for the agency’s internal and external customers. Input vendor invoices in accounting software. General ledger maintenance and provides assistance with monthly end closing. 
  • Qualifications: BS/BA in related field with two years experience preferred.

Employment Specialist

  • Location: North Rehab Office, St. Louis County
  • Duties: Help individuals with disabilities obtain employment based on their interest, abilities, and support needs. Maintain current knowledge of the job market, local employers, and have an understanding of the individual’s limitations. Also required to communicate regularly with referral sources and maintain consumer files.
  • Qualifications: High School or equivalency required, BS/BA in related field preferred.

Coordinator

  • Location/Program: Arnold, MO and surrounding areas/ MWA
  • Duties: Responsible for establishing and driving a performance based program that serves the needs of low income TA recipients. Provide staff supervision and program oversight. Extensive travel is required.
  • Qualifications: BS/BA in Social Services strongly preferred. Must demonstrate 3+ years of supervisory experience. Previous experience with providing staff training, policy interpretation, and developing procedures preferred.

Case Manager

  • Location/Program: Camdenton, MO and surrounding areas
  • Duties:  Assist individuals to pursue and achieve educational and employment goals. Maintain working knowledge of community resources, document all activities in state system, and problem solve with participants to resolve barriers to employment.
  • Qualifications: High School or equivalency required. BA/BS in related field with experience working in Social Services preferred.

Coordinator

  • Location/Program: St. Louis County, Lippman Center/ Brain Injury Services
  • Duties: Responsible for planning, establishing, and supervising Brain Injury Services program. Observe and assess performance of consumers and maintain assessment and treatment plans.
  • Qualifications: BS/BA in Social Services strongly preferred. Must demonstrate 3+ years of supervisory experience. Previous experience with providing staff training, policy interpretation, and developing procedures preferred.

Employment Specialist

  • Location: Aftergut Center, St. Louis City
  • Duties: Work with individuals with disabilities to obtain employment based on their interests, abilities, and support needs. Maintain current knowledge of the job market, community employers, and an understanding of individual consumer’s functional limitations. Ongoing communication with referral sources and maintenance of consumer files.
  • Qualifications: BS/BA in Social Services or related field strongly preferred. Current driver’s license, insurance, and independent transportation required.

Job Coaching Coordinator

  • Location: St. Louis County, Lippman Center
  • Duties: Recruit, hire, and train new Job Coaching staff. Provide quality control and assurance. Maintain billing and scheduling oversight.
  • Qualifications: BA/BS in related field with experience working in Social Services preferred.

Job Exploration Specialist

  • Location: St. Louis County, Lippman Center
  • Duties: Assist consumers with determining employment objectives. Develop relationships with area employers for job site assessments and informational interviews.
  • Qualifications: High School or equivalency required. BA/BS in related field with experience working in Social Services preferred.

Case Manager (Part time)

  • Location/Program: St. Louis City, STL Youth Jobs program
  • Duties: Recruit youth in participate in program and screen for eligibility. Recruit employers to participate in program. Provide Job Readiness Training for participants. Case management duties to support participants in maintaining their positions.
  • Qualifications: High School or equivalency required. BA/BS in related field preferred with experience working with youth. Current driver’s license and insurance required.

Job Coach (Part time/On call)

  • Location: Metro St. Louis and St. Charles area
  • Duties: Assist individuals to maintain employment commensurate with their social, psychological, and medical needs and abilities; assist employers to facilitate the successful employment of people with disabilities. Job Coach will provide training and assistance to persons with disabilities to help them maintain competitive employment.
  • Qualification: High School degree and experience in social service required. Bachelor’s degree and experience in supervising people and working with people with disabilities preferred. Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance and independent transportation required.

 Clerk (Part-time)

  • Location: Cape Girardeau, MO
  • Duties: Review payment requests for accuracy, proper supporting documentation and eligibility for payment.
  • Qualifications: High School or equivalency required with 1+ year’s experience in Accounts Payable, knowledge of government grant accounting preferred.

Database Administrator

  • Location: St. Louis City, Aftergut Center
  • Duties:
      • Maintain Agency database software, ensure data integrity.
      • Participate in appropriate training to ensure software and other tools follow industry best practices.
      • Prepare program and department performance results for Retail, Rehabilitation, and Central Administration as well as Senior Staff, grant proposals, external Agencies, and auditors.
      • Collect stakeholder feedback to be distributed in a timely manner.
      • Train staff on Agency computer programs and applicable reporting policies and billing procedures.
      • Develop and maintain working knowledge of CARF and other governing body standards and ensure their implementation on an ongoing basis.

Lead Teacher

  • Duties: Create lesson plans and observe/track child development. Create nurturing environment. Communicate with parents.

Security Monitor
